Order Cancellations Since our store operates on a Print-on-Demand (POD) model, every item is custom-made specifically for you as soon as you place an order. Because of this, we process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery.

Cancellation Window: You can cancel or modify your order within 6 hours of placing it.

After 6 Hours: Once 6 hours have passed, your order is sent to our production facility and printing begins. At this stage, we cannot cancel, modify, or refund the order under any circumstances.
Returns & Exchanges Because all our products are uniquely printed just for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for "buyer's remorse" or if you ordered the wrong size/color. Please double-check our size charts before placing an order.

Damaged or Defective Items Your satisfaction is our priority. The only exception to our no-return policy is if you receive a misprinted, damaged, or defective item.

If your product arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the product.

Upon verification, we will gladly send a free replacement as quickly as possible. We do not offer cash refunds, only replacements for defective goods.
