Shipping Policy

Order Processing & Production Time All of our products are made to order. This means that when you place an order, we print that item specifically for you.

  • Production Time: Please allow 2–7 business days for your order to be printed and quality-checked before it is shipped.

  • Note: During holidays or high-volume seasons, production times may be slightly longer.

Estimated Shipping Times Once your order has been printed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. Delivery times depend on your location:

  • United States: 3–7 business days

  • International: 3-7 business days

Please note that these are estimates provided by the shipping carriers. Actual delivery times may vary depending on local postal services and customs processing.

Tracking Your Order You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships.

  • It may take 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update in the carrier's system after you receive the email.

Multiple Packages (Split Shipments) We work with different specialized print providers to ensure the best quality for each product type.

  • If you order multiple items (e.g., a mug and a t-shirt), they may be produced by different facilities.

  • Result: Your items may arrive in separate packages at different times. You will receive separate tracking numbers for each package.

Customs and Import Taxes For international orders, buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

Lost or Stolen Packages We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, we will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, keeping information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.

Wrong Address If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our print facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.
